Today, journey from Nairobi to Bwindi. After a brief stopover in Entebbe to change aircraft, you’ll reach your lodge by mid-afternoon. The remainder of the day is yours to unwind after the journey or enjoy a short guided walk along some of the trails. Nestled in lush greenery, the waterfall is a breathtaking sight. Your guide will lead you, pointing out monkeys, birds, butterflies, tree species, and vibrant flora as you explore this remarkable place. The park is home to some of rarest species of birds, butterflies and monkeys. Enjoy cultural presentations from the local community in the afternoon as you prepare for the next day’s activities. There will be lots of food, cocktails and all sorts of drinks. Dinner will be served under the stars, beautifully lit by 100% natural candles.

Today, you’ll venture into one of the world’s oldest rainforests to encounter Uganda’s mountain gorillas. This ancient jungle, set among mountains and volcanic slopes, offers a unique adventure. After breakfast, your guide will take you to the Uganda Wildlife Authority Park headquarters, where you’ll meet your gorilla guide. The trek, conducted at high altitude, can last up to six hours or more. Although sightings can’t be guaranteed, our success rate is over 95 percent. Once a sighting occurs, you’ll get within meters of a gorilla family and enjoy the privilege of spending up to one hour among the troop.

Enjoy your second trek into the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest today. This time, take the opportunity to put your camera down and simply watch the gorillas at play during your hour with them. In the afternoon, you can visit a Safari Soul Africa philanthropic project: the Bwindi Community Health Care started in 2021 to give back to the local community. Wind up the day with assortments of cocktails, all sorts of drinks and good food under the stars.

You will not forgive us if we allow you to leave Uganda without visiting this famous par. So, on this day, you’ll leave the rainforest and head to Queen Elizabeth National Park. Your morning will be filled with an exciting game drive, featuring lion tracking and sightings of the Big Five. After lunch, embark on a luxury cruise along the Kazinga Channel, a 40-kilometer stretch connecting Lake George and Lake Edward. Observe the dense populations of crocodiles and hippos in their natural habitats, while herds of elephants, buffaloes, and other Big Five animals roam the shores, going about their day.

You also have the option for a hot air balloon excursion.
