Johannesburg
When you arrive in Johannesburg, you will take a connecting flight to Hoedspruit, the gateway to the Kruger National Park. From there, you will be driven to the private Makalali Conservancy, just west of the Kruger. Your destination is Garonga Safari Camp, a luxurious bush retreat. Upon arrival, you will go on an afternoon game drive in an open-top safari vehicle to see wildlife such as elephants and lions. The drive will end at a scenic spot where you can enjoy a sundowner with a gin and tonic while watching the sunset.
Later, you can enjoy delicious food on the camp terrace under the stars. During your stay, you will have more chances to see wildlife and experience Garonga’s unique safari style. After an eventful day, you can relax in the “star bath” and enjoy stargazing with a glass of Sauvignon Blanc. You can also join a nature walk led by an expert guide to track wildlife on foot. For the ultimate glamping experience, you can sleep under the stars on Garonga’s sleep-out deck, complete with a luxurious king-size bed, a sumptuous private dinner, and a bottle of bubbly overlooking a waterhole.
Accommodation: Garonga Safari Camp ( 5 nights )
You’ll leave the game reserve and fly to Cape Town. You’ll receive VIP treatment at the airport and then be driven to Sea Five Boutique Hotel. During your 3-day stay, you can enjoy activities like stand-up paddle boarding at Boulders Beach to see penguins and seals. Instead of taking the cable car, you can hike up Table Mountain and have a picnic with a great view. If you love food, we can recommend Kloof Street House, a unique restaurant with delicious food.

You’ll now travel to Franschhoek, South Africa’s gourmet capital. You’ll stay at Boschendal, one of the oldest wine estates in The Winelands. After settling into your cottage, you can visit the nearby town of Franschhoek, then take a tram tour through the vineyards, stopping at various vineyards for wine tasting and local food. On your last day, you can visit Babylonstoren for a guided vineyard walk and more wine tastings. In the afternoon, you can go on a guided cycling tour or relax by the pool at Boschendal.
